A combo of a few stations of exercise: Multiple Equipment Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing & TRX in a day for the participants to experience a variety of new exercises with fun elements. Smaller group also allowed our instructors to correct the posture of the participants while working out in order to engage the correct muscles.
