AOLove Director invited as guest speaker and pilates trainer by British Petroleum (BP) via LifeCare in celebration of the International Women Day

AOLove Director & Principal Pilates Instructor, Ms Elaine Tan, was invited as a Guest Speaker & Pilates Trainer by British Petroleum (BP) via LifeCare to share about wellness and conduct a Pilates session to both of their male and female staff members. The participants were impressed how easy it can be to remain fit and healthy even at the office with only office chairs.
