Basic to Advanced Mat Pilates for 5th International Physiotherapy Conference conducted by Department of Physiotherapy, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth(Deemed to-be) university, Udaipur, India

AOLove Director and Principal Pilates Instructor, Ms Elaine Tan, was invited as an International Guest Speaker & Pilates Trainer to conduct a Pilates Workshop to the physiotherapy students during the 5th International Physiotherapy Conference conducted by Department of Physiotherapy, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth(Deemed to-be) university, Udaipur, India. Students were enlightened to view Pilates as a crucial foundational exercise system, which activates the frontal lobe of our brain in order to activate the neuromuscular junction in between nerve and muscle to ensure a good movement awareness. Students were demonstrated some pilates exercises by Ms Elaine. They took the opportunity to practise the exercise as well as to practise teaching the exercises under the guidance of Ms Elaine.
