AOLove Conducts Basic to Advanced Mat Pilates Workshop for IBB College of Physiotherapy, Kota, India.

AOLove Director and Principal Pilates Instructor, Ms Elaine Tan, was invited as an International Guest Speaker & Pilates Trainer to conduct a Pilates Workshop to the physiotherapy students from IBB College of Physiotherapy, Kota, India.

Students were enlightened to view Pilates as a crucial foundational exercise system, which activates the frontal lobe of our brain in order to activate the neuromuscular junction in between nerve and muscle to ensure a good movement awareness. Students were demonstrated some pilates exercises by Ms Elaine. They took the opportunity to practise the exercise as well as to practise teaching the exercises under the guidance of Ms Elaine.
