AOLove Pilates & Fitness Studio participates in Charity health outreach program by Petra Church.

Led by our Director of AOLove Pilates & Fitness Studio, Ms Elaine Tan, our teammates Evon Tan, Pavithra, Zarina, Qistina and Haja, our team managed to assess the posture of the participants.

We subsequently shared valuable information to the participants regarding their posture and some daily activities or exercises which are helpful to correct the faulty posture.
