UiTM Breast Cancer Awareness Event: ?Memperkasakan Pejuang Kanser Payudara?

AOLove Director & Principal Pilates Instructor, Ms Elaine Tan, was invited as a Guest Pilates Trainer by the Physiotherapy Department of UiTM to conduct a Pilates session for the breast cancer survivors. Participants were overjoyed by how strong they actually were in performing some challenging exercises. It was such a joyful moment to observe the improvement in their confidence level after the session.
