AOLove Director shares about Pilates as a career choice to postgraduates.

Director & Principal Pilates Instructor of AOLove, Ms Elaine Tan, was invited to share about Pilates as a career choice to the students ranging from first to final year of BHSc (Exercise and Sports Science) to postgraduate students (PhD).

During the talk, she demonstrated the power of integrating our brain (mind) and muscles (body) to engage the targeted muscles correctly.
