ABOUT INSTRUCTOR
Ms Elaine Tan is a First Class Honors achiever for her MSc (Sports Science) & BHSc (Hons) Exercise & Sports Science. She was a Taekwondo coach and athlete as well as a short distance sprinter. On top of that, her passion in the education field has driven her into becoming a lecturer, and both international & national speaker. Additionally, she has more than a decade of Pilates teaching experiences as a STOTT PILATESⓇ Fully Certified Instructor. By combining her knowledge and experiences, plus her expertise in identifying and treating the root causes of an injury, she has helped numerous clients to restore and achieve better quality of life with proper pain management via proper muscle activation, as well as to regain the ability of the clients to play sports again from injuries.
