SPORTS TRAININGS & INJURIES - As a former coach and athlete, Elaine understands the frustrations of setbacks from training progression and goal achievement in major competitions due to injuries. By combining her knowledge and experiences, plus her expertise in identifying and treating the root causes of an injury, she has helped numerous clients to restore and achieve better quality of life with proper pain management via proper muscle activation, as well as to regain the ability of the clients to play sports again from injuries. She contributed her expertise via her Pilates x Sports Science Workshops even for Malaysia's National Medical Team (sports doctors, specialists, physiotherapists, nurses, sports masseurs); and has been travelling internationally as guest speaker and trainer for physiotherapy students and physiotherapists hosted by universities in India, where she introduces Pilates as a crucial foundational exercise system to prevent injury, quicken injury treatment process, and maximise athletic training effects.

CORPORATE EVENTS - Being an entrepreneur herself, Elaine understands the importance of work productivity among her teammates in ensuring the growth of a company. She is also a lecturer and Pilates instructor simultaneously, so she combines her professional knowledge in Pilates, Exercise and Sports Science for corporate clients (through events and workshops) that addresses the health of staff members from a holistic point of view; and successfully improved the physical, mental and social health, and subsequently work satisfaction and productivity of the staff members for various organisations.
